Floor channel FURO 115

Stainless steel floor channel for kitchens, restaurants, and industries with lighter loads. Ideal as a barrier channel at transitions between different spaces. Multiple stocked sizes available for quick delivery.

The channel is ideal as a barrier or cleaning channel at transitions between different spaces in kitchens, restaurants, and industries.
Made of acid-resistant stainless steel, grade EN 1.4404 (SS 2348). This is not always necessary but provides better resistance to corrosion from salt and strong cleaning chemicals. Also available in stainless steel EN 1.4301 (SS 2333).
Lengths 500–2000 mm x width 150 mm are stocked for immediate delivery.
Designed for embedding in concrete floors. Also available for wooden beam floors.
Suitable for several common floor types and features 360° rotatable and angle-adjustable outlets.
Removable water trap with a handle for easy cleaning and maintenance.
EPDM rubber seals according to EN 681-1 type Wc.
Equipped with stainless, slip-resistant covers in sections weighing a maximum of 6 kg each for ergonomic handling. The product can be customized by selecting either a grating or slotted cover. See options under the grating section.

Installation:

Delivered with a cover to prevent concrete from entering the channel during casting.
Equipped with sturdy fastening ears for secure anchoring in the floor structure.
For resin floors, spacer strips are included on the adhesive flanges.
Adjustable legs allow easy height adjustment from above (see installation accessories).

L15 For areas with light weight traffic. Tested acc. to EN 1253-1 with 10 kN load.

Variants

Variable length:

Length (min-max): 500–20000 mm, in 100 mm increments.
Maximum length of 3000 mm applies to Clinker K4 and K5 as well as Vinyl flooring.
Fixed width: 150 mm.

Variable depth:

56 mm, a good choice for lengths up to 2000 mm.
100 mm, a good choice for lengths between 2000–10000 mm.
150 mm, recommended for lengths of 10000–20000 mm.

Variable depth:

56 mm (standard for channels up to 2000 mm)
100 mm (recommended for channels over 2000 mm)
150 mm (if large fall is needed, for example)

Outlet placement:

Standard is a center-mounted outlet, but there is an option to choose the placement.

Drains and channels always have a connection pipe and their water flow (V.g.) to consider. Water flow is always measured from the so-called bottom line of the pipe.

To facilitate product selection, we specify the total height (H) of our drains and channels. The total height is the distance from the finished floor surface to where the water exits the product. For bottom outlets, the measurement point is where the spigot begins.

The total height (H) is always made up of the top depth (D) plus the outlet section of the product. If the top depth is increased, the total height will also increase, affecting the product's water flow.

Dimensions for FURO 115:

The top depth (D) can be selected between 56, 100 and 150 mm (56 mm is standard for lengths up to 2000 mm).
For tile types K4 and K5, the top depth (D) varies between 36, 80, and 130 mm (36 mm is standard for lengths up to 2000 mm).
Thus, the total height (H) of FURO 115 varies between 173, 217 and 267 mm (173 mm is standard for lengths up to 2000 mm).
If an extension or inlet section is selected, the total height (H) increases by 60 mm.

Slope toward the outlet:

The product’s slope toward the outlet varies depending on length and chosen upper part depth. For the standard design with a centrally placed outlet, the following applies:

For lengths up to 2000 mm with the recommended depth of 56/36 mm, the slope toward the outlet is at least 1%.
For lengths between 2000 – 10,000 mm with the recommended depth of 100/80 mm, the slope toward the outlet is at least 1%.
For lengths between 10,000 – 20,000 mm with the recommended depth of 150/130 mm, the slope toward the outlet is at least 1%.

If other requirements than the above recommendations are needed, the slope will be affected.
