Floor channel FURO 117

Robust stainless steel floor channel designed for kitchens, restaurants, and industries with lighter loads.
  • The floor channel is ideal for kitchens, restaurants, and industries with lighter loads.
     
  • Designed with a V-shaped bottom to facilitate self-cleaning and ensure efficient water drainage with reduced risk of blockages.
     
  • Manufactured in stainless steel EN 1.4301 (SS 2333) or acid-resistant stainless steel EN 1.4404 (SS 2348) for long-lasting durability and enhanced corrosion resistance in humid or aggressive environments.
     
  • The channel tops are 360° rotatable, angle-adjustable, and telescopic, suitable for tiled floors, resin floors, vinyl floors, and polished concrete floors.
     
  • Supplied with a removable water trap with a handle for easy maintenance.
     
  • EPDM rubber seals according to standard EN 681-1 type Wc, ensuring high quality and durable sealing.
     
  • Stainless steel, slip-resistant grating in sections with a maximum weight of 6 kg per section, making them easy to handle.
     

Variable Lengths:

600-3000 mm (in 100 mm increments) for Vinyl, K4, and K5 tiled floors.
600-2000 mm (in 100 mm increments) for other floor types.
Standard width 300 mm.

Installation:

  • Supplied with cover to prevent concrete from entering the channel during installation.
  • Equipped with sturdy mounting brackets for secure anchoring in the floor slab.
  • For resin floors, spacer strips are included on the adhesion flanges.
  • Adjustable legs allow easy height adjustment from above (see installation accessories).
  • L15 For areas with light weight traffic. Tested acc. to EN 1253-1 with 10 kN load.

Variable length:

  • Length (min-max) 500–20000 mm, in 100 mm intervals.
  • Maximum length of 3000 mm applies to Clinker K4, K5, and Vinyl flooring.
  • Fixed width: 300 mm.

Variable depth:

  • 100 mm, a good choice up to 6000 mm.
  • 150 mm, recommended for lengths 6000–20000 mm.


Outlet placement:
Standard is center-positioned outlet, but placement can be selected.

  • Specify c/c from the left.

Drains and channels always have a connection pipe and a flow path to consider. The flow path is always measured at the so-called bottom line of the pipe.

To simplify product selection, we specify the total height (H) of our drains and channels. The total height is the distance from the finished floor surface down to where the water exits the product. For bottom outlets, the measurement point is where the socket begins.

The total height (H) always consists of the depth of the upper part (D) plus the outlet part of the product. If the depth of the upper part is increased, the total height also increases, affecting the product’s flow path.

 

Dimensions for FURO 117:

  • The top depth (D) can be selected between 100 and 150 mm (100 mm is standard for lengths up to 6000 mm).
  • For tile types K4 and K5, the top depth (D) varies between 80 and 130 mm (80 mm is standard for lengths up to 3000 mm).
  • Thus, the total height (H) of FURO 117 varies between 232 and 282 mm (232 mm is standard for lengths up to 6000 mm).
  • If an extension or inlet section is selected, the total height (H) increases by 82 mm.


Slope toward the outlet:

The product’s slope toward the outlet varies depending on length and chosen upper part depth. For the standard design with a centrally placed outlet, the following applies:

  • For lengths up to 6000 mm with the recommended depth of 100 mm, the slope toward the outlet is at least 1%.
  • For lengths between 6000 – 20,000 mm with the recommended depth of 150 mm, the slope toward the outlet is at least 1%.
     

If other requirements than the above recommendations are needed, the slope will be affected.
