Stainless steel floor drain designed for kitchens, restaurants, and industrial environments with lighter loads. Multiple layered sizes available for quick delivery.

  • Anti-slip grating in stainless steel for increased safety.
     
  • Made of acid-resistant stainless steel according to EN 1.4404 (SS 2348).
     
  • Adapted for multiple common floor types and features 360° rotatable and angle-adjustable outlets.
     
  • Equipped with EPDM rubber seals according to EN 681-1 type Wc.
     
  • Designed for embedding in concrete floors.
     
  • Available in stock and can be delivered immediately.

 

Installation

  • Delivered pre-assembled and covered to prevent concrete from running into the drain during pouring (up to a width of 400 mm).
  • For mass floors, recess lists on attachment flanges are included.
  • Robust anchor ears for various anchoring in the ceiling are included.
  • Adjustable legs for easy installation and height adjustment are available. See the Installation Accessories section.
  • L15 For areas with light weight traffic. Tested acc. to EN 1253-1 with 10 kN load.

Drains and channels always have a connection pipe and a flow path to consider. The flow path is always measured at the so-called bottom line of the pipe.

To simplify product selection, we specify the total height (H) of our drains and channels. The total height is the distance from the finished floor surface down to where the water exits the product. For bottom outlets, the measurement point is where the socket begins.

The total height (H) always consists of the depth of the upper part (D) plus the outlet part of the product. If the depth of the upper part is increased, the total height also increases, affecting the product’s flow path.

Dimensions for FURO 104:
Upper part depth (D) for different floor types:

  • Resin flooring: 36 mm
  • Vinyl flooring: 31 mm
  • Tiles K3: 36 mm
  • Steel-smoothed concrete floor: 36 mm
  • Tiles K4, K5: 22 mm
     

The total height (H) is then as follows:

  • Resin flooring: 153 mm
  • Vinyl flooring: 148 mm
  • Tiles K3: 153 mm
  • Steel-smoothed concrete floor: 153 mm
  • Tiles K4, K5: 146 mm
  • Vinyl flooring on wooden joists: 148 mm
     

If an extension part or inlet part is selected, the total height (H) increases by 60 mm.

Slope toward outlet:
The slope is adjusted according to the product and floor type.
