Floor drain FURO 113

Flexible floor drain designed for high flow rates. Ideal for environments such as kitchens, restaurants, and industries with light loads. Many stocked sizes available for quick delivery.
  • Stainless steel, slip-resistant grid grate in a divided design. The maximum weight per part is 6 kg to facilitate cleaning of the drains and avoid heavy lifting. Use the accessory Lifting Hook as an aid.

  • The drain's construction allows for easy care and maintenance.

  • Adapted for several common floor types and features 360° rotatable and angle-adjustable outlets.

  • A water trap with a handle is included as standard.

  • The drain's flexibility can be further extended with a wide range of optional extras.

  • Manufactured as standard in acid-resistant stainless steel, grade EN 1.4404. This is not always necessary in large kitchens but provides better resistance to corrosion from salt and strong chemicals used in cleaning. The drain can also be ordered in stainless steel EN 1.4301 (SS 2333).

  • EPDM rubber seals according to EN 681-1 type Wc.

Installation

  • Delivered pre-assembled and covered to prevent concrete from flowing into the drain during casting (up to a width of 400 mm).
  • For screed floors, recess strips are included on the bonding flanges.
  • Sturdy mounting lugs for various anchoring in the floor structure are included.
  • Adjustable feet for easy installation and height adjustment are offered. See the Installation Accessories section.

  • L15 For areas with light weight traffic. Tested acc. to EN 1253-1 with 10 kN load.

Type-approved TG No SC0409-18 and meets the requirements of the applicable standard for floor drains, SS-EN 12531:2015. The approval applies to installation in concrete floors for tiled floors, plastic flooring, or screed floors. Also applicable for wooden joists in combination with plastic flooring. Type-approved for fire rating EI 60 according to Kiwa Certificate TG 1267.

If the drain is to be placed near large cooking pots, a depth of 150 or 200 mm should be chosen to increase the accumulating volume in the pit. In that case, accessories like the 2.7 L strainer basket and the extension part are also suitable choices.

Dimensions for floor drain FURO 113.
The depth of the drain increases by 50 mm if L or B exceeds 900x600 mm. For drains to be placed near cooking pots, we recommend a depth of 150 or 200 mm.
See additional information under Waterflow, total height, upper depth, and slope to outlet.

F1: B (Grate dimensions) + 250 mm

Drains and channels always feature a connection pipe and a designated flow path. The flow path is measured along the bottom line of the pipe.

To simplify product selection, we specify the total height (H) of our drains and channels. The total height measures the distance from the finished floor level down to the point where water exits the product. For bottom outlets, the measuring point begins at the start of the socket.

The total height (H) consists of the upper section depth (D) plus the outlet section of the product. Increasing the upper section depth also increases the total height, which in turn affects the flow path.

Dimensions for FURO 113:

  • The upper section depth (D) can be selected as 70, 100, 150, or 200 mm (100 mm is standard for sizes up to 600x400 mm).
  • For tile types K4 and K5, the upper section depth (D) varies between 50, 80, 130, and 180 mm (80 mm is standard for lengths up to 2000 mm).
  • The total height (H) of FURO 113 therefore varies between 202, 232, 282, and 332 mm (232 mm is standard for sizes up to 600x400 mm).
  • If an extension or inlet section is selected, the total height (H) increases by 82 mm.

Slope Towards Outlet:

The product’s slope towards the outlet depends on its length and selected upper section depth (D). For the standard configuration with a centrally located outlet, the following recommendations apply:

  • For use with cooking pots: An upper section depth of 150 or 200 mm is recommended. The bottom is step-folded, providing a slope towards the outlet of at least 7%.
  • For lengths between 1000–2000 mm and a recommended depth of 150 or 200 mm, the slope towards the outlet is at least 6%.

In cases where needs deviate from the above recommendations, the slope may be affected.

It is possible to customize our products. Below we show four customizations of FURO 113. Would you like help customizing your floor drain? Contact us.

FURO113_CC_1.jpg

Eccentric outlet

If our standard with center-aligned outlet does not work in the desired joist/structure, it is possible to customize the outlet placement.
Specify c/c from the left, min. 150 mm.

FURO113_CC_2.jpg

Smaller outlet part

When the joist limits the diameter of the hole, it is possible to switch to a smaller outlet part.

FURO113_CC_3.jpg

Dry strainer basket

If the strainer basket in the drain's outlet part is not sufficient, it is possible to cover the drain internally with strainer baskets. 1-3 units depending on the size of the drain.
The customization is available for the following floor types:

  • Screed floors
  • Tiled K3
  • Steel-ground concrete floors
FURO113_CC_4.jpg

Custom-shaped drain

For cooking pots and other machines where a large buffer volume and multiple outlets are desired, it is possible to customize the shape of the drain.
The customization is available for the following floor types:

  • Screed floors
  • Tiled K3
  • Steel-ground concrete floors
