Furhoffs Invests in Employee Health through Collaboration with Ortopedservice in Skövde
At Furhoffs, the well-being of our employees is our highest priority, and we are constantly striving to provide the best tools and invest in health-promoting initiatives. To create an even more sustainable and ergonomic work environment, we have now partnered with Ortopedservice in Skövde.
Over two weeks, Ortopedservice has been on-site with us to conduct fittings for ergonomic safety shoes for our employees. Through personalized analyses and foot scans, they can provide customized insoles that help prevent strain injuries and reduce the risk of overloading during prolonged standing on hard concrete floors.
This initiative is part of our preventive efforts to ensure our employees remain healthy and pain-free. The goal is to reduce the risk of absenteeism, avoid discomfort in feet, knees, and back, and at the same time provide a comfortable work environment where our colleagues can feel their best.
