Wash trough FURO 405

Flexible wash trough in stainless steel with wall brackets. Ideal for preschools, schools, workshops, and locker rooms due to its robust, durable, and long-lasting construction. Multiple stocked sizes available for quick delivery.

Wall brackets allow for adjustable height and provide free space under the trough, making the product easily accessible and simple to clean.
Delivered as standard with a hygienic cover plate for maximum drainage, a built-in soap shelf for accessible storage of hygiene products, an integrated 95 mm high splash guard to protect walls, and an overflow drain.
A wide range of accessories and add-ons are available to customize the wash trough to specific operational needs.
Ø34 mixer holes with 600 mm centers are included as standard for easy installation.
Manufactured from stainless steel, grade EN 1.4301 (SS2333), ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance.

Lengths:

Stocked lengths for immediate delivery: 1200, 1800, 2400, and 3000 mm, with outlets to the right/left.
Custom lengths between 600–4000 mm are available.

Factory-installed mixers:

The wash trough can be provided with factory-installed mixers to reduce installation time. Connects to open channel pipes Ø22x1. A range of mixers, including single-handle and touchless options, can be found under Accessories.

In a preschool environment, we recommend the Corner Guards accessory (see Accessories). The corner guards are factory-installed and enhance the product's safety.
The mixers feature a temperature limit option. Setting the limit to a maximum of 38°C is recommended for installations in schools and preschools.
The brackets allow for flexible mounting heights. The recommended height is 850 mm. For wheelchair accessibility, a height of 835 mm is recommended, and for preschools, 600 mm.

Variants

Variable length:

Length (min-max): 600–4000 mm, in 50 mm intervals.

Splash guard options:

No splash guard, 95 mm (standard), and extra high 300 mm.

Outlet placement:

Outlet can be positioned on the left or right.

Extra brackets

Increases the wash trough's durability by 50 kg if securely anchored to the wall. At a length of 1200 mm, the capacity increases from 200 to 250 kg. Recommended for wash troughs placed in extra exposed locations. Can be positioned as desired.
