Shoe and boot washer FURO 513

Robust and efficient shoe and boot wash made of stainless steel, consisting of a floor drain with a liftable sand trap and a stable footrest. Ideal for workplaces, sports and leisure facilities, or environments where shoes and boots need to be cleaned when moving between different hygiene zones.
  • Washing Station Design
    The boot and shoe washer consists of floor drain FURO 113 with a liftable sand trap and a sturdy footrest made of a detachable Ø 51 x 2 mm pipe. The washing station is constructed from stainless steel EN 1.4301 or acid-resistant stainless steel EN 1.4404, ensuring corrosion resistance and long durability even in demanding environments.
     
  • Liftable Sand Trap
    Comes with a liftable sand trap for efficient collection of dirt and gravel, making maintenance easy.
     
  • Stable Footrest
    The footrest is made of a Ø 51 x 2 mm pipe for high stability and durability. The pipe can be detached if needed.
     
  • Adapted for Common Flooring Types
    The floor drain is designed for embedding in concrete floors and is compatible with several common flooring types, featuring a 360° rotatable and angle-adjustable outlet.
     
  • About Floor Drain FURO 113
    FURO 113 is a flexible floor drain designed for high water flows. It comes with a removable water trap with a handle for easy cleaning and maintenance, as well as EPDM rubber seals (EN 681-1 type Wc).

  • Slip-Resistant Grating
    The grating is slip-resistant to prevent accidents. It is designed in sections, with a maximum weight of 6 kg per section for easy handling.

Installation

  • Delivered covered to prevent concrete from entering the drain during casting (up to a width of 400 mm).

  • For resin flooring, spacer strips on the adhesion flanges are included.

  • Sturdy mounting brackets for various anchoring options in the floor slab are included.

  • Adjustable legs for easy installation and height adjustment are available. See the Installation Accessories section.

  • Length (L) = 300–2000 (in increments of 100)
  • Width (B) = 300–1000 (in increments of 100)

Variable top section depth (mm):

  • Top section depth (D)* = 70, 100, 150, or 200
     

70 mm is recommended when a low installation height is required.
150/200 mm is recommended for extra buffer volume or for lengths over 800 mm (to ensure sufficient slope towards the outlet).

Drains and channels always feature a connection pipe and a designated flow path. The flow path is measured along the bottom line of the pipe.

To simplify product selection, we specify the total height (H) of our drains and channels. The total height measures the distance from the finished floor level down to the point where water exits the product. For bottom outlets, the measuring point begins at the start of the socket.

The total height (H) consists of the upper section depth (D) plus the outlet section of the product. Increasing the upper section depth also increases the total height, which in turn affects the flow path.

Dimensions for FURO 513:

  • The upper section depth (D) can be selected as 70, 100, 150, or 200 mm (100 mm is standard for sizes up to 600x400 mm).
  • For tile types K4 and K5, the upper section depth (D) varies between 50, 80, 130, and 180 mm (80 mm is standard for lengths up to 2000 mm).
  • The total height (H) of FURO 113 therefore varies between 202, 232, 282, and 332 mm (232 mm is standard for sizes up to 600x400 mm).
  • If an extension or inlet section is selected, the total height (H) increases by 82 mm.
     

Slope Towards Outlet:

The product’s slope towards the outlet depends on its length and selected upper section depth (D). For the standard configuration with a centrally located outlet, the following recommendations apply:

  • For lengths between 1000–2000 mm and a recommended depth of 150 or 200 mm, the slope towards the outlet is at least 6%.
     

In cases where needs deviate from the above recommendations, the slope may be affected.
